I haven't posted an update because my training has been impeded this week by a summer cold.
I'm taking a wait and see approach to Saturday's Team training. It's supposed to be 6 miles by the beautiful Newport Back Bay. I'd hate to miss the scenery, but I also would hate this cold to get worse or turn into a secondary infection.
More as it develops....
