On Monday I did a 20 minute hike up to a waterfall near the resort for my cross training. On Tuesday morning I went out for a 20 minute workout. I ran for a much greater portion of the time than in the past, including 5 minutes straight. I felt good afterward, but did have a leg ache in the evening. Today I feel great.
ETA: I believe the workout on Tuesday was a little over one mile.
